Order Processing​
You will receive a confirmation email with the order details once your order has been successfully placed. If you have not received such an email, please contact us for confirmation.

We customise gifts and process orders within 2 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon receiving your order confirmation email. The time required for mailing and shipping is on top of the processing time. ​

If there are any amendments to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be made once we have processed your order.

Kindly ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to erroneous address. Please contact us immediately if you have entered an incorrect address.
