Refund Policy

Refunds, returns and exchanges
Orders can only be cancelled/refunded if it is still unprocessed. We do not offer refunds for any processed orders as all our products are customised. 


Exceptions
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or if there are any errors with the personalisation on our end, please contact us at sales@inthepresentsg.com within 3 working days with your order number and a photo of the item's condition to request for a return/exchange. 

All refunds will be made through the original payment method i.e. refund will processed to the same credit card that was used to make payment within 7 working days.
