ORDER AND PAYMENT
Do I need an account to make a purchase?
No, you do not need to create an account to make an order. However, we require your particulars in the checkout page. 

Can I edit my customisation details/shipping address?
To edit the customisation details/shipping address, please contact us at sales@inthepresentsg.com as soon as possible so that we can assist in amending the particulars. Unfortunately, if the order has been processed, no more changes can be made.

What are the modes of payment available?
We only accept pa
yments via PayNow, Paylah!, and Paypal.

Do you accept bulk orders and corporate orders?
Yes, please give us a call at (+65) 6794 7410 or drop us an email at sales@inthepresentsg.com to discuss your customisation needs with us. 

Can we walk into the store to view the physical products?
Unfortunately, walk-ins are not available. The store only allows the collection of online purchases. 

 
CUSTOMISATIONS

Will the customisations fade?
No, our customisations are laser-engraved, and therefore will not deteriorate over time.

What is the character limit to the customisation text box?
There is currently a limit of 1
6 characters.
 
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Where is In The Present located?
We are located in Singapore. We ship all products from our local warehouse, and customise them locally upon your order confirmation.

Is there free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping for all products with no minimum spend

How long will my order take to arrive?
For local orders, we offer same-day (for orders made before 11 am), express (4 - 6 business days including processing time), and standard delivery (which would take 7 - 14 busi
ness days including processing time). As for international orders, kindly write to us at sales@inthepresentsg.com for any queries. For additional information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

I want to send the parcel directly to the recipient; will price tags/receipts be included in the order package?

No, we do not include price tags/receipts in our package. Please refer to the confirmation email sent to your email upon successful order for your order details.
